Whitney to Big Opeongo Lake.—A logging railway is reported to be under construction for the Whitney Lumber Co. from Whitney, Ont., on the Canada Atlantic Ry., northerly for 15 miles to Big Opeongo Lake. It is expected to be completed July 1. T. McLaughlin, Ottawa, is contractor.
