In the matter of the complaint of Watson Jack & Co., Montréal, alleging that the G.T.R. Co. refuses to receive at Montréal shipments from the complainants or the Dominion Car and Foundry Co., delivered by the Shedden Forwarding Company. Upon reading what has been alleged in support of the complaint and on behalf of the G.T.R., the Board orders that the G.T.R. is directed to furnish cars and all proper facilities for receiving, loading, and transporting, when and as required, traffic offered by the complainants or the Dominion Car and Foundry Co., irrespective of the carters through whom the traffic is offered.
