Re application of Town of Port Hope, Ont., for an order requiring the interchange of traffic between the Canadian Pacific and Grand Trunk Railways there. |
It is ordered that the C.P.R. be directed, at its own expense, to construct interchange tracks between its railway and the G.T.R. at Port Hope, detail plans of the tracks to be submitted within 30 days from date for the Board's approval and the track to be completed within three months after the approval of the plans.
