In the matter of the application of the Canadian Pacific Ry., under the Railway Act, 1903, sec. 175, for authority to construct a branch line from its main line at Fort William, Ontario, to the east side of the Maine River. |
Upon hearing counsel for the company and what was alleged, and the withdrawal of the application, the Board ordered that the same be dismissed with costs against the company, which were fixed at $100 to be paid to the town of Fort William forthwith.
