Upon reading what has been filed in support of the application and the report of a Division Engineer and an Operating Inspector of the Board, the said report having been concurred in by its Chief Engineer and Chief Operating Officer—
The Board hereby recommends for the approval of the Governor-in-Council that the Company be permitted to abandon the operation of its line of railway, Wyebridge Subdivision 8.9 miles in length, extending from Tay on the Midland Subdivision 3.25 miles east of Midland to Birch, on the Penetang Subdivision, 12.2 miles east of Penetang, in the Province of Ontario.
