In the matter of the application of the Canadian National Railway Company, hereinafter called the applicant company, under Section 276 of the Railway Act, 1919, for leave to open for the carriage of traffic its new second track from its connection with the main line at Burlington to the north end of the Swing Bridge at Burlington Canal, a distance of 2.75 miles.

Upon reading the application and the affidavit of the chief engineer of the applicant company that, in his opinion, the said portion of railway is sufficiently completed for the safe carriage of traffic, and upon the report and recommendation of an engineer of the Board, concurred in by its Assistant Chief Engineer,—

The Board orders: That the applicant company be, and it is hereby, authorized to open for the carriage of traffic its new second track from its connection with the main line at Burlington to the north end of the Swing bridge at Burlington canal, a distance of 2.75 miles.
