In the matter of the application of the Canadian Northern Ontario Railway Company, hereinafter called the applicant company, under Section 276 of the Railway Act, 1919, for authority to open for the carriage of traffic the connection between its line of railway and the Grand Trunk Railway, at Washago, mileage 89.1 Muskoka Subdivision, approved by Order No. 31677.

Upon the report and recommendation of an Engineer of the Board, concurred in by its Chief Engineer, and the filing of the necessary affidavit,—

The Board orders: That the applicant company be, and it is hereby, authorized to open for the carriage of traffic the connection between its line of railway and the Grand Trunk Railway, at Washago, mileage 89.1 Muskoka Subdivision, in the province of Ontario, as approved by the said Order No. 31677.
