|Re Michigan Sugar Co. of Croswell, Mich, under secs. 315, 317 and other provisions of the Railway Act, for an order directing the Chatham, Wallaceburg & Lake Erie Ry. to adopt a tariff that will provide for the carriage of sugar beets over its line at a rate that is not excessive, and that does not discriminate against the applicant in favor of any other person or company:|
It is ordered that the application be dismissed.
And it is further ordered that any joint tariff to cover this traffic to be moved during 1911 from points on the C.W. & L.E.R. to Croswell, higher than the joint tariff at present in force, shall be filed and published, so as to be effective not later than May 1, 1911.
