In the matter of the application of the Canadian National Railways, under Section 165A of the Railway Act, for approval of the abandonment of operation of that portion of their Hagersville Subdivision, in the Province of Ontario, between Jarvis (mileage 32.2) and Port Dover (mileage 41.2), a distance of 9.0 miles:

Upon hearing the application at the sittings of the Board held in Simcoe, May 8th, 1935, in the presence of Counsel for the Canadian National Railways, no one appearing in opposition:—

It is ordered that the abandonment of operation of that portion of the Canadian National Railways Hagersville Subdivision, between Jarvis, mileage 32.2, and Port Dover, mileage 41.2, a distance of 9 miles, in the Province of Ontario, be, and its hereby, approved.
