|Re order 12413, May 12, 1910, made upon the application of G. Taylor, of Winnipeg, and declaring that under the Canadian Northern Ry.'s tariff applying to a shipment of grain toy complainant from Buchanan, Sask., to Headingly, Man., the rate properly chargeable was 17¢ per 100 lbs.|
Upon the report of the Board's Chief Traffic Officer that his recommendation that complainant was entitled to a refund of 1¢ per 100 lbs. on the said shipment was based on a new tariff issued by the C.N.R. subsequent to the shipment, and that the rate charged was in accordance with the tariff in effect at the time of shipment,
it is ordered that order 12413, May 12, 1910, be rescinded.
