In the matter of the applications of the Vancouver and Victoria Boards of Trade, the Dominion Canners, Limited, Glasco, Limited, of Oakville, Ontario, and the City of Victoria, for an Order postponing the proposed increase in the commodity freight rates on canned goods and hardware from Eastern Canada to points on the Pacific Coast of British Columbia, as set out in Supplement No. 3 to Canadian Freight Association Westbound Tariff No. 1, effective February 12, 1917.
