|Re application of boards of trade of Moose Jaw and Rosetown, Sask., for an order directing the Canadian Northern and Canadian Pacific Railways to provide transfer facilities between their respective railways at Rosetown, Sask.|
It is ordered that the Canadian Northern be directed to construct a transfer track between its railway and the C.P.R. at Rosetown; detail plans to be filed within 30 days from date; the work to be completed within 60 days from the approval of the plans; and the cost of constructing the track to be apportioned equally between the Canadian Northern and the C.P.R.
