|Re order 16225, April 3, prescribing local tolls of Vancouver, Fraser Valley & Southern Ry. on lumber and other forest products, in carloads, between stations on Its railway, and the joint through rates on the said lumber and other forest products, in carloads, from its stations between Vancouver and New Westminster to points on the Canadian Pacific and Canadian Northern Railways via Vancouver or New Westminster:|
Upon the failure of the V.F.V. & S.Ry. to file tariffs of its rates, so as to comply with the requirements of the order, although repeatedly urged, under the direction of the Board, to do so—
It is ordered that the railway company be subject to a penalty of $25 a day for every day after July 10 it shall be in default in complying with the requirements of the said order.
