|Re application of Thomas Miles and Sons, Limited,. Hamilton, Ontario, complaining of advance by G.T.R. in its freight rates upon gas-house coke from Black Rock, N.Y. to Hamilton and other Ontario points, made effective December 12, 1910, by Special Tariff C.R.C. no. E. 2195:|
It is ordered that the railway company restore the rates on gas-house coke from Buffalo (River Street), Black Rock and Suspension Bridge, New York,, to the Ontario points shown in its Special Tariff. C.R.C. no. E. 2195. which were in effect on December 11, 1910; the said rates to be made effective not later than April 24, 1911.
