In the matter of the application of the Canadian National Railways, hereinafter called the Applicants, under Section 165A of the Railway Act, Section 2, subsection 3, of the Canadian National-Canadian Pacific Act, 1933, and all other appropriate statutory provisions, for an Order granting them leave to abandon operation of a portion of the Tweed Subdivision between Tweed and Bannockburn, Ontario:

Upon hearing the application at the sittings of the Board held in Tweed, May 27, 1935, in the presence of Counsel for the Applicants and representatives of the Village of Tweed and the Township of Elzevir, and what was alleged—

It is ordered that that abandonment of operation of that portion of the Applicant's Tweed Subdivision between Tweed, mileage 33.9, and Bannockburn, mileage 53.4, a distance of 19.5 miles, be, and it is hereby, approved.
