Upon hearing the application at the sittings of the Board held at Paris, May 9, 1935, in the presence of counsel for the applicants and the town of Paris, and what was alleged, no objection to the abandonment having been taken, upon the understanding that the question of the adjustment of questions arising out of the bridge crossings and subway left after the lifting of the tracks would be the subject matter of negotiation and settlement between the parties, and that, in the event of their failure to agree, further representations on the point may be made to the Board; and upon the report and recommendation of the Division Engineer and Inspector of Railroad Operation of the Board, concurred in by its Chief Engineer and its Chief Operating Officer,—
It is ordered: That the abandonment of operation of that portion of the applicants' Harrisburg Subdivision, in the province of Ontario, between Brant County Siding, mileage 6.9, and Paris Junction, mileage 12.9, a distance of 6.0 miles, be, and it is hereby, approved.
