That the said Regulations for the Transportation of Explosives and Other Dangerous Articles by Freight be, and they are hereby, amended in accordance with amendments in Supplement No. 2 thereof, marked "A," on file with the Board under file No. 1717, Part 12, and certified by the Secretary of the Board.
