In the matter of the General Order of the Board No. 89, dated February 17, 1912:

Upon reading the submissions filed—
It is ordered that General Order No. 89, dated February 17, 1912, be, and it is hereby, amended by inserting the words,
or, a whistle (or other approved device) on the plow which can be sounded from the plow, in paragraph numbered 1 of the said Order, immediately after the words,
(a) Direct connection between the plow and the steam whistle of the locomotive so that the man in the plow shall be able to give all proper signals.
