Upon reading what is filed in support of the complaint and on hehalf of the Canadian Freight Association

And upon the report of the Chief Traffic Officer of the Board,—

It is ordered: That the railway companies west of Montréal, subject to the jurisdiction of the Board, carry desiccated vegetables, in carloads, to Montréal for export, at the domestic rates to Montréal, with the addition of a terminal charge at Montréal not to exceed six-tenths of one cent per 100 pounds, w:henever the said combination is less than the rate of the published export tariff.
