Whereas: J. Serwa, of Akosane, Saskatchewan, has made application under subsection (6) of Section 35 of The Transport Act, 1938, and represented to the Board that his business will be unjustly discriminated against unless a similar charge be fixed for the transport of his lumber and forest products between stations in Western Canada, and has expressed his willingness to meet and comply with the provisions and conditions of the said Agreed Charge—
