Whereas automatic protection was authorized at the crossing of the highway and the Canadian National Railways at mileage 67.37 Forest Subdivis1on, in the Province of Ontario, by Order No. 117162, dated Apr1l 2, 1965;

And whereas reflectorized crossing signs were authorized and installed at the said crossing—

It is hereby ordered as follows:

  1. The Canadian National Railways shall, upon ccmpletion of the work author1zed by Order No. 117162, dated April 2, 1965, relocate the said existing reflectorized crossing signs from the said cross1ng to another crossing of their railway and the highway at mileage 3.14 Waterloo Subdiv1sion (Elmira Branch), in the Province of Ontar1o.
  2. Eighty per cent of the cost of relocating the said reflectorized crossing signs, or the sum of $21.00, wh1chever is the lesser, shall be paid out of The Railway Grade Crossing Fund, and the balance of the said cost shall be borne and paid by the Canadian National Railways.
