In the matter of the application of the City of Waterloo, in the Province of Ontario, hereinafter called the Applicant, for authority to construct Seagram Drive at grade across the right of way of the Canadian National Railways in the City of Waterloo, in the Province of Ontario, at mileage 2.50 Elmira Branch of the Waterloo Subdivision, as shown on Drawing No. 8-51, revised February 11, 1960, on file with the Board under file No. 26711.1514:

Upon reading the submissions filed—

It is hereby ordered as follows:

  1. The Applicant is authorized to construct and maintain, at its own expense, Seagram Drive at grade across the right of way of the Canadian National Railways in the City of Waterloo, in the Province of Ontario, at mileage 2.50 Elmira Branch of the Waterloo Subdivision, as shown on the said plan on file with the Board under file No. 26711.1514.
  2. The said crossing shall be constructed in accordance with the Standard Regulations of the Board Affecting Highway Crossings.
