|Re application of Vigars Sheer Lumber Co., Ltd., of Port Arthur, Ont., complaining that it is unjustly discriminated against in the matter of carload traffic to or from Grand Trunk Pacific Ry. points which is interswitched by the Canadian Pacific and Canadian Northern Railways between Westfort and Port Arthur, Ont.:|
It is ordered that the joint freight rates to be charged by the C.P.R., the Canadian Northern Ry. and the G.T. Pacific Ry. on lumber, in carloads, between Port Arthur and Fort William and points on the G.T.P.R. Lake Superior branch be not higher than 1 cent per 100 lbs. over and above the G.T.P.R. rates between Westfort and Lake Superior branch points: thP. tariff, or tariffs, to comply with this order, to become effective not later than 21 days from the date hereof.
