Upon hearing the application at a sittings of the Board held in Ottawa on December 19th, 1961, and January 4th, 1962, in the presence of Counsel for the Canadian National Railways, Walker Brothers, Industrial Docks and Supplies Limited and Canadian Oil Companies Limited, the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority and the County of Welland and Townships of Thorold and Stamford, in the Province of Ontario, and upon reading the submissions filed—

It is hereby ordered as follows:

The Canadian National Railways are authorized to abandon the lead track connecting their right of way to a private siding serving Walker Brothers' quarry, in the Town of Thorold, Province of Ontario.
