In the matter of the complaint of the Nanaimo Board of Trade against the proposed new tariff of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company eliminating Nanaimo as a terminal freight rate point:

Upon hearing the complaint at the sittings of the Board held in Vancouver, June 1, 1915, the complainant and the railway company being represented at the hearing, and what was alleged—

It is ordered,—

That the complaint be, and it is hereby, dismissed.
