In the matter of the application of the Niagara, St. Catharines & Toronto Railway Company, hereinafter called the "applicant company," under section 261 of the Railway Act, for authority to open for the carriage of traffic its temporary diversion in the township of Stamford, as approved by the Order of the Board No. 26710, dated November 5, 1917.

Upon the report and recommendation of the Assistant Chief Engineer of the Board, and the filing of the necessary affidavit.—

It is ordered that the applicant company be, and it is hereby, authorized to open for the carriage of traffic its temporary diversion in the township of Stamford, as approved by the Order of the Board No. 26710, dated November 5, 1917.
