In the matter of the application of the Canadian National Railway Company, hereinafter called the Applicant Company, for an Order authorizing the abandonment of operation of its Coe Hill Spur from Ormsby, mileage 0.00 (mileage 66.27 Maynooth Subdivision) to Coe Hill, mileage 7.20, in the Province of Ontario, a total distance of 7.20 miles:

Upon hearing the application at a sittings of the Board held at Bancroft, Ontario, on July 6, 1965, in the presence of Counsel for the Canadian National Railway Company and the Township of Wollaston; and upon reading the submissions filed—

It is hereby ordered as follows:

  1. The Applicant Company is authorized to abandon operation of its Coe Hill Spur from Ormsby, mileage 0.00 (mileage 66.27 Maynooth Subdivision) to Coe Hill, mileage 7.20, in the Province of Ontario, a distance of 7.20 miles.
  2. The said abandonment of operation shall not take effect before December 1, 1965, and may take place at any time after that date upon thirty days' prior notice filed with the Board and posted in the Applicant Company's stations at Coe Hill and Bancroft.
  3. The Applicant Company shall advise the Board that abandonment of operation has taken place within one week of such abandonment.
