Upon hearing the application at Owen Sound on October 10, 1957, in the presence of Counsel for and representatives of the Applicant, the Towns of Wiarton and Kincardine, the Counties of Bruce and Grey North and Keppel Township; and upon reading the Judgment herein, dated October 24, 1957—

It is hereby ordered as follows:

The Canadian National Railway Company is authorized to discontinue, on not less than twenty days' notice to the public, operation of its mixed trains 339 and 340 between Owen Sound and Parkhead, and mixed trains 336, 337, 338 and 341 between Parkhead and Wiarton.
