Order no. 7093

Monday, the 31st of
May, A.D. 1909

On complaint of the British American Oil Company, of Toronto, that the Grand Trunk Railway Company unjustly discriminated against its crude oil shipments from Stoy, Ill., to Toronto, by refusing to apply the published and filed joint tariff 5th class rates under the Classification,

it was declared that the legal rate was the said 5th class joint through rate;

and it was ordered that the Grand Trunk Railway Company be authorized to refund the difference between the said rate of 20 cents per 100 lbs. and the rate of 32 1/2 cents per 100 lbs. charged and collected on the said shipments.
