Re application of Canadian Carbonate Co. for an order extending the time within which it may test cylinders used for the shipment of compressed gases and equip cylinders containing liquefied gases with a safety device, as prescribed by paragraphs 1861 (1) and 1862 (a) of the Regulations for the Transportation of Explosives and Other Dangerous Articles by Freight, approved by general order 203, Aug. 11, 1917, as amended by general orders 206, 207, 260, and 287, Sept. 7 and Oct. 26, 1917, Mar. 17, 1919, and Mar. 22, 1920:

Upon reading that is filed in support of the application on behalf of the Bureau of Explosives; and its being represented to the Board by the applicant company that the extension of time within which cylinders used for the shipment of compressed gases may be tested, as provided by paragraph 1861 (i), applied for, is not now necessary,

the Board orders that the time within which the applicant company may equip cylinders containing liquefied gases with a safety device as provided in paragraph 1862 (a) of the Regulations for the Transportation of Explosives and Other Dangerous Articles by Freight, be extended until Dec. 31, 1921.
