|Re complaint of Canadian Fisheries Association against charges by Canadian Express Co. on net weight of fish (carloads), excluding allowance of 2 1/2 for slime and ice adhering to the fish when weighed, which is by custom allowed to the fishermen.|
Upon hearing the complaint at Prince Rupert, Oct. 6, 1920, the complainants and the express companies being represented, and what was alleged,
the Board orders that the complaint be dismissed.
