Re complaint of Canadian Fisheries Association against charges by Canadian Express Co. on net weight of fish (carloads), excluding allowance of 2 1/2 for slime and ice adhering to the fish when weighed, which is by custom allowed to the fishermen.

Upon hearing the complaint at Prince Rupert, Oct. 6, 1920, the complainants and the express companies being represented, and what was alleged,

the Board orders that the complaint be dismissed.
