In the matter of the application of the Grand Trunk Railway Company, hereinafter called the "Applicant Company", under Section 252 of the Railway Act 1919, for authority to connect its track with the tracks of the Canadian National Railways at a point on the North half of Rama Island, in the Township of Rama, County of Northumberland, near Washago, in the Province of Ontario, as shown on the plan, profile and book of reference combined, on file with the Board under file no. 1872:

Upon the report and recommendation of the Assistant Chief Engineer of the Board and the consent of the Canadian National Railways endorsed on the plan,

It is ordered that the Applicant Company be, and it is hereby authorized to connect its track with the tracks of the Canadian National Railways at a point on the North half of Rama Island, in the Township or Rama, County of Northumberland, near Washago, in the Province of Ontario, as shown on the said plan, profile and book of reference combined, on file with the Board under the said file No. 1872; subject to the condition that the switches be bolt locked with the distant signals already installed at the crossing of the two Railways.
