The GTRS Ontario Lines London Division encompassed the following:
- 16th District:
  - Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Burlington Junction;
  - Port Dover and Hamilton; and
  - Toronto and Hamilton
- 17th District:
  - Hamilton to London;
  - London and Sarnia Tunnel;
  - London to Hamilton;
  - Petrolia Branch; and
  - Suspension Bridge and Hamilton
- 18th District:
  - Komoka Subdivision (Komoka to Glencoe).
- 19th District:
  - Kingscourt Junction Subdivision (Glencoe to Kingscourt Junction).
  - Merritton Subdivision (Port Dalhousie to Port Robinson);
  - Port Colborne Subdivision (Welland Junction to Pt. Colborne); and
  - Welland Subdivision (Port Robinson to Welland Junction).
- 24th District:
  - Wingham Junction Subdivision (Hyde Park Junction to Wingham Junction).
