A sign reading "Start of Block Westward" installed on the South side of main track seventy-five (75) feet West of North Bay West station sign. When trains are standing east of this sign, signal circuit for signal No. 624 is not actuated. Trains standing west of this sign actuate signal circuit and signal 624 will go to "STOP" position. Westward trains holding amin track and required to wait of meet at North Bay West will stand east of the sign reading "Start of Block Westward" until the train to be met has entered North Bay West siding, or until the expiration of the waiting period.
