Before fouling either junction switches to move from Petroia Subdivision to Strathroy Subdivision, permission must be secured from Dispatcher by use of Dispatcher's telephone.
Eastward trains originating must obtain terminal clearance at Wyoming.
Movements through crossover and to and from both legs of wye may be made without flag protection after complying with Rule 512 and obtaining
no train approachingindication. In observance of Rule 255 dispatcher must record such permission in train order book as transmitted to and acknowledged by conductor.
