Any train, engine, car or cars, prohibited standing upon siding nearer than one hundred and fifty (150) feet on either side of Main St. crossing. This is the first public crossing at grade west of the station and is protected by electric bell. All switching movements on the siding to be flagged over crossing by a member of the crew.
