The ringing of any engine bell, in accordance with the provisions of Section 108(1) of the Railway Act, in respect of the following public crossings at grade within the limits of the City of Toronto is hereby prohibited except to avoid accidents

  1. The public crossings at grade of the Oshawa Subdivision of the Canadian National Railways at (a) Woodbine Avenue, mileage 329.22; (b) Greenwood Avenue, mileage 330.27; (c) Pape Avenue, mileage 330.96; (d) Logan Avenue, mileage 331.30.
  2. The public crossings at grade of the Newmarket Subdivision of the Canadian National Railways at (a) Wallace Avenue, mileage 4.20; (b) Davenport Road, mileage 4.87 (B.T.C. 71388).
