Derailment is costly
$75,000 damage done as train leaps track near Komoka
Komoka, Ont., Oct. 10.—One man was injured and $75,000 loss was caused when a Canadian National freight train was wrecked at the C.N.R.-C.P.R. crossing near here yesterday. Ten cars jumped the rails, tearing up a considerable portion of the track, smashing the interlocking plant and wrecking the signal tower. A broken wheel is thought to have caused the wreck.
