Board Room,
Toronto, 15th January, 1852.Weekly Meeting of the Board of Directors.
Resolved,—"That according to the Provisions of the Fourth Section of Bye-laws [sic] of this Company, adopted the [illegible] of April last, a call of Two Shillings and Sixpence per Share of the Capital Stock subscribed by private individuals on the Books of the Company, be now made; and that such call be declared patable on the Twentieth Day of April next, at the Office of the Company in Church Street—and that the Secretary do forthwith advertise such call."
The Stockholders are therefore required to pay the above call on the amount of their respective Subscriptions, on or before the 20th Day of April next.
