October 10. Judgment of Chairman of Board delivered approving switches proposed by Railway Company.
October 11. Judgment of Vice-Chairman and Mr. Kittson delivered disapproving same.
November 8. Appointment to settle order returnable, proceeded with and adjourned to n date to be fixed by the Secretary, pending consideration by the Board of agreements and objections of counsel in settling order.
November 10. Chairman having considered agreements and objections of Counsel re form of order, settles form of same.
