On Thursday night Mr. Geo. Dixon, while firing his engine, met with a very painful accident. The shaker bar of the engine broke and inflicted a painful injury to his hand. He was brought to Barrie on train no. 67 from Bradford and had the injured hand dressed by the Company's doctor.
