Grand Trunk Railway betterments, construction, etc.
Bonaventure station, Montréal.—The Board of Railway Commissioners, Sept. 15, authorized the company to lay two additional tracks from St. Henri into Bonaventure station, Montréal. In granting the application the Board directed that the laying of the additional tracks is to be without prejudice to the city's rights in connection with the track elevation plans under consideration. It was stated at a meeting of the City Council Railway Committee that it was expected the tracks would be laid this year. Some members of the committee expressed a wish to fight the order.
