Granite ballasting Montréal-Toronto line.—The project for the reballasting of the line between Montréal and Toronto, with crushed granite, has apparently been dropped for the present. The rock crushing plant which had been provided has been put in storage at Kingston, Ont., and the preparations which were being made for installing it a Kingston Mills have been stopped.
