C.N.R.-Wabash double track from Glencoe to border

St. Thomas, Nov. 28.—The double-tracking of the C.N.R. and Wabash Railways' division from Glencoe through this city to the Niagara border is under serious consideration, H. W. Matthews, Divisional Superintendent, announced today. He reported that plans had been taken up with the head office early this year, with the suggestion the excavated material from the Welland Canal be purchased and use for roadbed building.
