Bay of Quinte Ry.—At the last sitting of the Railway Committee of the Privy Council an application was made to permit the B. of. Q. Ry. to cross the C.P.R. tracks at Tweed, Ont., the level, putting in and maintaining all the necessary safety appliances. The matter came before the Board of Railway Commissioners Feb. 16 and was adjourned for the attendance of the engineers. (Dec. 1903, pg. 422.)
