Toronto and Muskoka Railway.
Barrie, Jan. 14.—The Councils of Barrie, Oro, Township or Orillia and Village of Oriliia, have all cordially agreed to submit by-laws next week to aid the Toronto and Muskoka Railway. Three of these by-laws will be passed by the Council next Monday.
