Atlantic, Québec and Western Ry.—A special meeting of the shareholders has been called to be held in London, Eng., June 12, for the purpose of authorizing an issue of bonds not exceeding $9,050,000 in connection with the construction of the line, and to authorize the execution of a mortgage of the line, etc., as security for the same.
