The First Locomotive.—The first Locomotive in Upper Canada is expected to run to-day on the line of the Northern Railroad. The Engine, a beautiful specimen of workmanship weight twenty three tons and valued at £2230, was landed at the Queen's Wharf last week. About eleven miles of the road have been finished, and the steam will be got up to accelerate the completion of the remainder.—Vast quantities of rail are constantly arriving; and the most satisfactory evidence is given that before long the line will be full operation.—The Engine and Car will start at 3 P. M.
