Wabash Rd.—As the result of a friendly suit, F. A. Delaw, President; G. H. Peryor, Vice President, and W. K. Bexley have been appointed by the U.S. court at St. Louis, Mo., receivers for the company, and W. H. Blodgett, the company's general counsel, was appointed solicitor to the receivers. The General Manager is reported as having stated, Dec. 19, that the receivership will in no way affect the operation of the line. The company jointly operates the G.T.R. Southern Division from the St. Clair River to the Niagara River.
