To double-track Wabash.
Bridgeburg, Fe. 19.—(Special)—Changes are predicted on the Wabash lines between Bridgeburg and Welland, when the American railroads are turned back to private ownership on March 1st. The Wabash, it is said semi-officially, owing to heavy traffic, will double-track its line from Welland to Bridgeburg.
